Policies
Deposit
A deposit is required for making a reservation, even when using a credit from a cancellation. The amount of the deposit is based on the unit being reserved, number of guests (adult and child), pet or other applicable fees, the number of nights being reserved, and the time of year the reservation is for.
Reservations made online require a deposit using a credit or debit card. If another means of payment is desired we will hold the unit as blocked for no more than 24 hours.
If reserving 1 Night: payment in fullIf reserving 2 Nights: 50% of the totalIf reserving 3 or more Nights: $400If reserving by the week: $400 for each weekIf reserving within 14 days of arrival: payment in full
All winter season deposits are non-refundable. A credit will be issued in the event of a cancellation.
Any remaining balance is due when you check in, including rental fees.

When paying by credit or debit card, your information is kept secure (see our Privacy policy). Unless you would like to use another form of payment for your balance or for merchandise, we will charge the card most current in our system. Multiple forms of payment may be used for lodging or merchandise.
Check or Money OrderIf paying your deposit by check or money order, funds must be received by us within 7 days of making your reservation. All checks and money orders are deposited electronically generally the same day received. A $30 fee is charged for returned checks.
CashYou may pay your balance and purchase other items with cash.
Cancellation
Because we are a small operation cancellations affect us greatly. It is a big challenge to attempt to rent a cabin or lodge room after it has been booked on the reservation calendar. There is considerable time and expense associated with marketing a vacant unit, and a slim window of time to rent and recover lost revenue. We strictly enforce this policy and we appreciate your understanding.
You may choose to move your reservation(s) from the current calendar year to the next calendar year (based on availability), but if this change is made 60 days or under from the start of the original reservation, you will forfeit your deposit and no credit will be issued should you cancel your reservation for the following year.
Cancellations prior to 45 days of your stayDeposit refunded, less a $50 administration fee for re-marketing the vacancy.
Cancellations 45 days or under prior to your stayNo refund. A credit of 50% of your deposit will be extended for 18 months from your original arrival date.
Cancellations 14 days or less from your stayYou will be required to pay the balance due, 25% of the total can be used as a credit for a future stay for up to 18 months from your original arrival date.
The credit may not be used as a deposit for a new reservation.
Reservations must be of equal or greater value.
Winter Reservations (Dec. through Mar.)All reservations made for a winter stay are non-refundable. No credits will be issued. If cancelling your stay 14 days from time of arrival, you are still responsible for the balance.
No refunds are granted, and you will be charged for all nights reserved for:– Early departures– No-shows– Cancellations 14 Days or less from your arrival date –– Reduction in number of nights booked. If reducing your stay under 14 days from arrival, you will still be responsible for the original stay dates i.e. going from 5 to 3 nights you will still be responsible for all 5 nights.
